Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Rebel Remedies. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

1. Returns

• You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

• To start a return, contact us at returns.rebelremedies@gmail.com.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the product and process your refund within 14 days.

• Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• Opened or used products

• Items returned after the 14-day period

4. Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please place a new order.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at returns.rebelremedies@gmail.com as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the issue.

In line with UK consumer law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement for faulty goods reported within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund (including any shipping costs) once the issue is confirmed.
