1. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3-7 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Rates

  • We charge a flat shipping rate on UK orders, which may vary depending on the size or quantity of items in your order. The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout.

3. Delivery Estimates

  • UK deliveries usually arrive within 2-7 business days after dispatch.

  • We currently only ship within the UK. We currently don’t do international deliveries.

  • Delivery times are estimates only — we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

4. Tracking

  • Tracking numbers will be provided when available.

  • Not all services may include tracking.

5. Customs & International Shipping

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We declare our products as “herbal tea / herbal infusion” for customs purposes.

  • Please check your country’s import rules before ordering.

6. Delays & Liability

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control.

  • If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at shipping.rebelremedies@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

7. Wrong Address Policy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

  • We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
